1. The new generation of high-capacity dumpling forming machine has a compact structure, stable performance, simple operation and high production capacity. The cutting blade is driven by an electric motor and controlled by an intelligent panel to adjust the length (indirect speed control, the cutting speed can pause); the discharge, conveyor belt, and three powder boxes can all be speed-adjusted independently. The assist roller helps the auger to squeeze the material, and the elbow design makes the material extruded more evenly and faster, matching the cutting blade for forming the dumplings. The size of the formed products can be achieved by replacing the mold size, adjusting the extrusion speed and the cutting blade speed. The high-capacity dumpling forming machine is not suitable for cutting materials such as fully cooked cassava flour, for example, boiling and cooking adas seeds and macaroni particles with 100-degree hot water. To cut materials like adas seeds and macaroni particles, the formula needs to be modified, and the elasticity of the materials should be reduced.
