1. The desktop-shaped tapioca forming machine has a compact structure, stable performance, simple operation and strong versatility. It can basically cut all kinds of starch-based tea drink ingredients in China. It is currently the only small-sized machine in China that can produce the process of boiling cassava flour in 100-degree hot water. 

2. The output of the forming machine, the conveyor belt, the cutting knife, and the two powder spreading devices can all be individually speed-adjusted. The cutting knife is driven by an electric motor and controlled by an intelligent panel to cut the materials to the desired length (indirect speed control, with the cutting knife speed capable of pausing). The material is extruded out of the forming chamber through the auger and shaped by the cutting knife. The size of the cut products can be achieved by changing the size of the mold, adjusting the extrusion speed and the cutting knife speed. 

3. The output mold of the desktop mooncake forming machine can be adjusted in size, and it can produce mooncakes with diameters ranging from 6 to 25. The shape of the output mold can be customized, and the available shapes include cylindrical, square, heart-shaped, etc. 

4. The forming cavity and the auger are made of 304 stainless steel. They can be disassembled and washed with a high-pressure water gun, making the cleaning process more convenient and eliminating any potential hygiene blind spots.
